How old will the vehicle that I rent be?

All UK Van rentals vehicles are less than 24 months old and undergo a rigerous 32-point check before every rental.

When and how will I receive confirmation of my reservation?

Once you've completed your reservation online, an e-mail will be automatically sent to you confirming the reservation and details of the rental agreement. You will also be allocated a reservation number which you may be asked to provide in any future correspondence concerning your reservation.

How can I pay for my van hire?

You will need to provide a major credit card to secure payment of your rental and to authorise against potential damage claims.

What do I need to bring with me when I collect my van?

When you arrive to collect your van you must provide your driving licence (both parts in the case of a UK licence) and a credit card to secure against your rental. You should also bring another form of ID with your home address on it (such as a utilities bill). Visitors from outside the UK may also need to present their passport.

How do I find a van Rental Station?

All of our van Rental Stations are listed in the Van hire locations section of this web site. Telephone numbers, addresses and location maps are available for each station.

When are the Rental Stations open?

Opening times for Rental Stations do vary but in general they are open between 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 12.30pm on Saturday and Closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays. In all cases we advise that you contact the Rental Stations directly for confirmation.

What should I do if my rental vehicle breaks down?

Emergency contact information is provided in all vehicles in the form of an Emergency Assistance phone number located on the rear of the tax disc holder. The information is also in your rental documentation and often on the key fob of your rental vehicles keys.

The Emergency Assistance number is available to use 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you ever have aproblem with a vehicle, simply call this number and professional help will be provided.

How do I extend my rental once I have collected the vehicle?

If you wish to extend your van rental contact the rental station where you collected the vehicle from and they will take care of your needs.
